1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "Member", "User") and beta48 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at beta48.win and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the beta48 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the beta48 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager on beta48.

2.3 Single Account. Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain one (1) beta48 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, or accounts operated on behalf of another person, are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to promptly update this information if any changes occur. beta48 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your beta48 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not carried out by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify beta48 support immediately.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

beta48 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as a condition of processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before other account activities are permitted. KYC verification requires the submission of satisfactory documentary evidence of identity, age, and residential address. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months. beta48 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Processing of withdrawal requests will not commence until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of the Platform's compliance team.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 All financial transactions on beta48 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). beta48 does not impose fees on deposits made by Members. Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX.

4.2 Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. beta48 will not process deposits from payment accounts held by third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be refunded and the originating beta48 account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 beta48 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your beta48 account at the time of transaction.

4.4 Deposit funds are credited to the Member's beta48 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. In the event of a technical delay, Members should contact beta48 support with proof of the transaction rather than initiating a chargeback through their payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and matching the payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible.

5.2 beta48 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, the Member's own bank or eWallet provider may impose transaction charges, for which beta48 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 beta48 will not process withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification, or where the account is under review for compliance purposes.

5.4 Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts in good standing are typically processed within one (1) business day. beta48 does not guarantee processing times for accounts subject to additional review.

5.5 beta48 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to delay or decline processing where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by beta48 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotional terms and these General Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements, game weightings, and time limits will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.

6.3 beta48 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a promotion in good faith will not be retrospectively disadvantaged by any mid-promotion amendment except where required to prevent fraud or system exploitation.

6.4 beta48 has no obligation to offer any specific promotion to any specific Member, and reserves the right to exclude Members from individual promotions at its discretion.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the beta48 platform are supplied by third-party software providers and are subject to the respective provider's game rules, which take precedence in the event of a dispute relating to game outcome. All games are certified for fairness and operate on audited random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, through physical dealing and wheel mechanics in licensed studios. In the event of a malfunction, bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned at beta48's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beta48 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with games or the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or payment processing anomalies;
• Collusion with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game format;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence;
• Creating duplicate accounts or using another person's identity or payment method;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against beta48 after legitimately placing wagers;
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated bet-hedging, arbitrage, or other techniques designed to guarantee a return without genuine risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the beta48 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game content, and interface designs, is the intellectual property of beta48 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the beta48 platform without the prior written consent of beta48.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beta48 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

10.2 beta48 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from malware. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits beta48's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

beta48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or posed a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform. Upon termination of an account, any remaining withdrawable balance (after deduction of bonus funds and satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any ongoing compliance review.

12. Responsible Gaming Obligations

beta48 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options are available to all Members through the account dashboard. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Member and beta48 arising from these Terms or from your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through beta48's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If internal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. Nothing in this clause prevents beta48 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where urgent relief is required.
